Our Process

A clear path from chaos to compounding

Every engagement runs the same four steps, so you always know where you stand and what comes next. We stay in the work and accountable to your numbers, from the first diagnosis through to systems that hold on their own.

01

Diagnose

We map where you actually are, not where the org chart says you are, and find the one constraint holding the business back.

02

Design

A focused plan built around your constraints, your team, and your numbers. No generic playbooks.

03

Implement

We build the systems alongside your team, then hand you the keys, so the capability stays in-house.

04

Scale

Growth that compounds, because the foundation underneath it finally holds.

Industries we serve

Built for operations-and-relationships businesses

We do our sharpest work in durable, essential businesses where systems, service, and skilled teams drive the results, the trades and service companies that anchor North Texas. The owner is usually the bottleneck, the work lives in a few people's heads, and growth keeps outrunning the operation behind it. That's exactly the build we do. Find yours below.

What size businesses do you work with?

We work with small and mid-sized, owner-led businesses, typically $3M to $15M in revenue. That's the stage where the value is real but still locked up in the owner, whether you're preparing to sell, just acquired a business, or building toward the next level.

Where are you based, and who do you serve?

We're based in the Dallas–Fort Worth region and work across North Texas, with select remote engagements beyond it. We do our sharpest work with owner-operators in durable, operations-and-relationships businesses: the trades, field service, construction, and professional services that anchor the region.

Do you buy, sell, or broker businesses?

No. We're not a broker and we don't run deals. We do the operating work around the transaction: sell-side readiness before a sale, implementation and value capture after an acquisition, and the growth systems that lift enterprise value in between. When it's time to actually transact, we work alongside your broker, banker, or attorney rather than replacing them.

Why bring in a sell-side advisor before a broker?

A broker takes your business to market and runs the deal; they don't do the operational work that makes it worth more first. In the two to three years before a sale, we build the recurring revenue, owner-independence, and clean financials that lift the multiple and survive diligence, so the business you hand your broker is already worth taking.

Why does post-acquisition implementation matter?

Buying a business doesn't capture its value; execution does. The first 100 days after close decide whether the deal pays off. We step in as the operator to stabilize the team, transfer the seller's knowledge, and capture the value you underwrote before it quietly leaks away.

What is a fractional COO or CMO, and when do we need one?

It's senior operating leadership inside your business at a fraction of a full-time hire, in the room for the decisions that matter. A fractional COO builds the operating systems and runs execution; a fractional CMO builds the demand engine. You bring one in when the business has outgrown founder-led hustle but isn't ready for a full-time executive, and you need the work done, not just advised on.

How are engagements structured?

Most start with a focused diagnostic, so we both understand the real constraint before committing to scope, whether that's a sell-side readiness audit, a post-close 100-day plan, or a growth build. From there we move into a defined engagement with a go/no-go checkpoint, scoped to what the business needs.

What's the total investment?

It depends on the engagement. Pricing is scoped to the specific problem, with scope and price agreed up front and no open-ended retainers.
